Every Wednesday from 6pm, FairPlay becomes a hive of culinary activity as our teachers explain how to prepare traditional Peruvian dishes such as Rocotto Relleno (delicious meat-stuffed peppers) and reveal the secret of mixing a great Pisco Sour (the Cuscenean cocktail of choice).
We supply the ingredients and the local knowledge. All you have to do is help prepare the food, under the watchful and expert gaze of our teachers. Learn the Spanish words for 'mix, chop, boil and fry' as you chat with fellow students - and maybe enjoy a beer. When the food is ready, we all sit down and eat together. A great social event as well as an insight into Peruvian culinary culture.

Meet People
FairPlay is a family and we want you to feel part of it. As well as meeting fellow students around the school before and after lessons, there is one weekly event in our social calendar (Tuesday evening cooking class) that we would love you to be part of. It is a great way to make new friends, share experiences and plan events together. Non students or volunteers are also very welcome and pay 5.- Soles to participate.
Apart from the cooking class our students, volunteers and interns can use the big room in our school to watch a movie, play a game or plan a meeting.

Parties and receptions
While being a successfull organization, we have plenty of occasions to celebrate. When finishing training, starting a new service or achieving a goal we want all our people to share the feeling.
Also, having lots of volunteers and students around means lots of birthdays, welcomes and goodbyes. It is important to us that you feel at home and welcome.
